Add a kitchen RO filter.

A tankless kitchen filter uses reverse osmosis, also called RO, to filter drinking water. It has no storage tank. It is optional and is not included in either home package. Send a photo under your sink for a separate quote.

  • More room under your sink. The slim unit has no storage tank. That leaves more space under your sink.
  • Water when you need it. Use its own tap for filtered drinking water. Fill your glass, make coffee, or cook a meal.
  • We check the fit. We check the space, power, and water flow. Your quote lists the model we plan to use.

UV light helps treat germs in water. You can add a VIQUA ARROS15 to either home package. It costs $1,250, plus sales tax on the equipment. Standard professional installation is included during the same visit. You need an outlet and enough space. Extra visits, wiring, or other work cost more. We price that work before you agree.

    Once the setup is confirmed, we schedule standard professional installation and arrive with the agreed equipment. An independent, licensed Texas plumber handles the plumbing and required permits. We show you how to use and care for the system.

Hard water has minerals that can leave spots and buildup. A softener removes those minerals. We choose the size based on your water and how much you use.

An extra step for germs.

UV light helps treat germs as water flows through. The VIQUA ARROS15 needs power and regular care. It must be the right size for your water flow.

Is kitchen RO included in a home package?

No. Kitchen reverse osmosis is an optional add-on, quoted separately. It is not included in the $3,200 Compact package or the $4,750 Two-tank package. Existing written quotes and agreements remain unchanged.

When do I pay?

Pay half (50%) when you accept your quote and book the work. Pay the other half (50%) when setup is complete. Your first payment is part of the total price. You can pay by bank transfer or card through Stripe. Your quote lists each payment. Existing written agreements and your right to cancel still apply.

Can I get a quote from photos?

Yes. Send a wide photo of your water heater area. Add a close photo of the pipes and a photo of the space. Tell us your city, ZIP code, and how many people live there. We check the photos with the plumber as needed. We may need to visit your home. If so, we tell you before booking the work.

What counts as a standard professional installation?

The listed price is for a home with city water. The work area must have enough space and be easy to reach. We check the pipes, drain, power, and local rules. Extra work costs more. This may include digging, new pipes, a drain, wiring, or a backflow device. A backflow device helps stop water from flowing the wrong way. Larger equipment also costs more. Your quote lists any extra work and its price.

How do you choose the right size?

We check how hard your water is and how much you use. We also check the pipes, water flow, and space. A 64K system is one size, not a fit for every home. We list the right equipment and price in your quote.

Can I get a free water test?

Yes. Ask for a free water test if you live in our service area. It can help you choose a system. You do not need a test for every quote. This basic test does not check for every substance in water.

How do I care for the system?

Add salt to the softener and have it checked. Change the kitchen filter parts as the maker directs. The timing depends on your water and how much you use. UV units need power, new lamps, and care for the lamp cover. We explain the care plan and prices before setup. Salt, parts, and regular care cost extra unless your quote includes them.

What does UV treatment do?

UV light helps treat germs as water passes through. It needs the right size, power, and regular care to work. It does not remove chemicals dissolved in water. It adds no germ-killing chemical that stays in the water. You can choose to add UV. Always follow local notices to boil your water. Your quote lists the model and its limits.

Who sets it up and helps me?

Frio supplies the equipment and helps plan the work. An independent, licensed Texas plumber does the plumbing work. The plumber works under its own license and handles needed permits. Call Frio with questions or for help with service. Your warranty papers list who handles repairs and any work, shipping, or service fees.

What if my home needs extra work?

Your quote lists what we expect to find at your home. If the plumber finds a problem, we explain it. You get the new work plan and price. You must approve it before extra work starts.
